
{"id":85793,"date":"2024-06-04T17:35:42","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T10:35:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fornews.co\/news\/?p=85793"},"modified":"2024-06-05T06:40:53","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T23:40:53","slug":"profesor-teknik-ugm-daur-ulang-sampah-elektronik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fornews.co\/news\/profesor-teknik-ugm-daur-ulang-sampah-elektronik\/","title":{"rendered":"Profesor Teknik UGM Daur Ulang Sampah Elektronik"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>JOGJA fornews.co<\/b> \u2013 Seorang profesor dari Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) mendaur ulang sampah elektronik limbah logam Printed Circuit Board (PCB) untuk menjaga kerusakan alam.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sampah tidak hanya berupa plastik, kaca, karet, atau bahan yang sulit terurai lainnya melainkan juga logam pada PCB.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Dilaporkan, UGM memprediksi hingga tahun 2030 sampah elektronik terutama limbah logam PCB dapat menggunung hingga 74,7 juta ton.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Ini menjadi kabar buruk karena akan berdampak serius terhadap lingkungan.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Dosen sekaligus peneliti dari Fakultas Teknik UGM, Profesor Chandra Wahyu Purnomo menekankan, sampah elektronik perlu perhatian serius.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Mengingat setiap tahun pabrikan elektronik berlomba merilis produk baru,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Dari keprihatinan itu, Profesor Chandra, kemudian melakukan kajian dan penelitian terhadap logam pada PCB agar bisa didaur ulang dengan cara diekstrak.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Kajian dan penelitian terhadap logam PCD itu telah dilakukan sejak awal 2024.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Profesor Chandra mengombinasikan metode mekani, kimia, dan termal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Dalam kajian dan penelitian tersebut Profesor Chandra berkolaborasi dengan sejumlah dosen di Departemen Teknik Kimia (DTK) dan Departemen Teknik Mesin (DTM).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Bahkan, ia juga bekerja sama dengan PT Timah Tbk untuk menyempurnakan penelitiannya.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sehingga dapat mengurangi penambangan biji logam secara konvensional yang berpotensi merusak alam,\u201d tandasnya.
